Your Northchurch Site Manager will be on hand to ensure your dream becomes a reality co-ordinating the trades and services to deliver your dream home. Our custom build consultants are there to help you with choosing from a palette of exterior wall finishes, to designing and configuring the internal layout to assisting with floor coverings, internal wall finishes, kitchen design and bathrooms. We are here to help.
How it works
Unlike a traditional house purchase, where the full sales price is paid on completion, the transaction is a broken down into a land transaction, which once completed a JCT build contract is put in place together with the design guide which will incorporate the build choices and specification that have been agreed. Build will commence and the standard construction and finishing of your new home will take approximately 40 weeks to deliver.
How to pay
You can buy your home by financing the build using a specialist custom-build stage release mortgage*. Payment is due on a monthly stage payment basis. Any additional extras will be charged at the end of the four-week period to coincide with the regular payment schedule (not in line with the installation of the goods).
*(Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.)
